In 1989 we would have expected that 2009, our 20th anniversary
would be a great year, both enjoyable and successful… In fact, and
you doubtless feel the same, we are relieved that the past 12
months are now behind us !
Without doubt you have had to invent new strategies, to invest,
sometimes heavily, and especially to work very hard to allow you to
weather the storm.
During these turbulent times, we at Sintel have continued to invest
in the business so as to better support both you, our customers,
and the manufacturers who have expressed confidence in us:
Marketing investments by Sintel have been maintained and
even increased with our ongoing presence at key trade shows,
information events for our customers, ongoing mailings to keep
you informed of product developments, the creation of
Webinars, etc…
A new, vastly improved Web Site offering better navigation and
more information is under development and will go live in the 4th
Quarter.
We have introduced new products that strengthen our offering in
Security (Session Control, Hosted Services), SS7, Video and QoS.
We have moved to new larger offices in Turkey to accommodate
our growth - following a similar move in Italy in 2008- and we are
preparing our expansion into North Africa for the start of 2010.
Our good fortune, and probably yours, is to have chosen for you
products and solutions that present plenty of opportunities in these
times of budget restrictions; for example:
VoIP which allows reductions of costs in phone communications
Video Services which allows businesses to improve their customer
relations without having to invest in larger outside sales teams
QoS which allows the identification of unnecessary use of Band-
Width and allows maximisation of existing resources thereby
reducing the need to purchase further bandwidth.
And many other ones…
